Delete Your Account

• Open your profile and tap the ⋯ menu → Settings.
• Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address you registered with, using the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.

• Places and photos you created can be deleted at any time inside the app — open the place and remove it or its photos.
• For anything else (for example your location history or AI interest profile), email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete my data” and say what you want removed. We will do it and confirm within 30 days.

• Your name, email address and password — your sign-in stops working immediately.
• Your profile photo and AI interest profile.
• Your location history and device push tokens.
• Your membership in Circles; Circles you owned are handed over to their longest-standing member.

• Messages you sent in shared chats remain visible to their participants, but are shown as authored by an anonymous “Deleted user” — they can no longer be linked to you.
• Places you created remain on the map until they expire on their own, attributed to the same anonymous identity.
• Limited records we must keep to comply with the law, for as long as the law requires.
